Store Policies

Shipping & Handling:

Most items need to be ordered from Victron before shipping out individually, although we do stock some items in shop. After getting to our office, most orders will ship the next day or soon after. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know by call or email, and we can see what we can make happen.

Disclaimer: Please be aware that shipping is not necessarily final. Many products are considered overweight, oversized, or hazardous to ship. Our platform is simply not complex enough to take into account every variable when calculating shipping. We will notify you if shipping costs require a change as quickly as possible in order to give you options. We will not charge you more without express consent. If you have concerns about your order please get in touch with us.

If you ordered numerous large items (i.e. MultiPlus, Phoenix, Quattro) or lithium batteries (i.e. LiFePO4, SuperPack), your shipping cost will most likely change. We will be in contact with you shortly.

If you suspect your shipping price will need to be changed, and we have not reached out within a few business days, please send us an email with your concerns. It is possible a change was not required.

Payment Methods:
​

All payment is done through Wix's built-in store features. This means we do not personally store or process any of your credit card details. All processing is done securely through Wix's system, and information is never stored with us. If you have any concerns about your credit card information and details, please contact us.

Warranties:
​

All Victron products come with the standard Victron limited warranty of 5 years, with the exception of batteries as 2 years, and Lithium batteries at 3 years. Warranties cover product defects, etc. Please contact us with any warranty claims. For details check out the warranty policy documentation here.

All other products come with manufacturer default warranties.

Returns and Refunds:
​

Returns and refunds are individually subject to our discretion. Any and all faulty items will happily be replaced under Victron warranty. If you accidentally ordered the incorrect item, please let us know so that we can amend that as well. Any questions or concerns about our returns policy can be directed to our email.
